Jason is a qualified Chartered Accountant. After completing his articles at Deloitte & Touche in 1996, he moved to London to join UBS Investment bank and rose to Global Operations Risk Manager. He returned to South Africa in 1999 after the Euro conversion and joined the credit bureau Compuscan Information Technologies as the Financial Director. In 2001 he left to setup iiiServices, with his brother, to focus on Business Process Outsourcing solutions for the UK market and later that year partnered with Grant from International Data Services. In 2003 he setup 3iSolutions with his brother and Grant to focus on Outsourced Contact Centre solutions for the UK market. In 2005 the partnership with International Data Services was formalised with the formation of OutProsys which continues to focus on Business Process Outsourcing solutions.

Grant started his career in 1990 with International Data Services as a programmer, progressing to IT manager, then Branch Manager, before becoming MD and buying out the previous owners in 1997. Grant studied both Electronic Engineering and Computer Sciences at Cape Town University. Grant has developed systems for the Swaziland Government, a major South African Bank as well as a Provincial Administration. In 2001 he partnered with iiiServices to deliver a key from Image Outsourced Document Management solution for the UK market. In 2003 he setup 3iSolutions with Jason & Greg Love to focus on Outsourced Contact Centre solutions for the UK market. In 2005 the partnership with iiiServices was formalised with the formation of OutProsys which continues to focus on Business Process Outsourcing solutions.
