Below please find an overview of our process flow for conducting mobile online surveys:
- an invitation to complete an online survey is sent via sms to the cellphone of a potential respondent on the panel.
- the respondent opens the link on their cellphone or computer and enters their cellphone number for security validation.
- the respondent then receives an sms with secure link to the online survey.
- the respondent opens the link on a cellphone/computer and completes the survey online
- the respondent then receives an sms with their reward.
In addition to above, we also provide a Web Portal which provides real-time statistics tracking the progress of the survey responses.
