THE CHALLENGEWhen the client approached us, they required a platform whereby their e-learning exam revision papers could be made available to users with the following criteria: Setup and hosting of the revision papers on one platform which would be accessible from any device, including but not limited to, PC, Laptop, Tablet & Smart phone with cross platform support for Windows, Linus, Android and Blackberry. The platform needed to be mobile device friendly, accessible from a mobi site and apps developed for Android & Apple use. A secure login for users was important, with filtering, searching of papers and auto marking a proviso. A full payment platform was to be included, so that users could be charged for papers completed. Support for multiple members in the family using a family account as well as maintain a client balance and transaction history so that users are able to see a history of results for all papers completed. If required, the platform was to be able to support discounts for key partners and ensure adequate backup and redundancy in the event of failure and support their detailed reporting requirements per client. We successfully completed both benchmark and pilots, meeting and exceeding their high standards set, including the ability to meet their current and future e-learning requirements, with the following solution. |
